WHS Regulation 第 40 條要求 PCBU 為員工提供設施，守則列出更衣室與儲物櫃具體標準：更衣室要方便到達、有座位／鏡／掛鈎層架；
有提供更衣室嘅話，合理可行範圍內應提供儲物櫃，並訂明通風穩陣夠大，同埋對向儲物櫃列間 1800mm、櫃與座位或牆 900mm 嘅通道尺寸。
食物處所方面員工個人物品貯存另受 FSANZ 3.2.3 clause 15（Storage facilities）規管。
員工設施唔可以因為營運方便而剝削（NCC 指明某些場所嘅設施豁免唔適用於員工設施）。
