兩份官方文件：(1) NSW《Service and Installation Rules》（June 2025 版，energy.nsw.gov.au，Ausgrid／Endeavour／Essential 通用；注意封面印住『SUPERSEDED – FOR REFERENCE ONLY』，下格要查有冇新版）：Table 1-1——maximum demand 唔超過每相 100A 可用 1/2/3 相+中性線；超過每相 100A 要 3 相+中性線；2kW 以上馬達要 3 相；最大需求一律按 AS/NZS 3000 計。原句：『existing services, consumers mains and service equipment shall be replaced (by the customer) to comply with these Rules, where their current carrying capacity is exceeded by the maximum demand determined in accordance with AS/NZS 3000』。clause 1.17.8 另有『Main switchboards rated above 100A』專節。(2) VIC Energy Safe《Prescribed and non-prescribed work》：總掣相關部分、consumer's mains、main earthing 等屬 prescribed electrical installation work（Electrical Safety (General) Regulations 2019 reg 249），原句：『a Certificate of Electrical Safety for prescribed electrical installation work is required to be issued and the work inspected by a licensed electrical inspector before connection to electricity supply』。其他州各有對應 SIR，本格只核實 NSW+VIC，其餘下格補。數值跨兩份快照，requirement value 照 KB5-009 先例用 null、數字收喺 applies_when／quote。
電力容量／分電錶／總開關要求？
駁電前先按 AS/NZS 3000 計 maximum demand 對現有入線／總掣容量：每相需求大過 100A 就要三相，2kW 以上馬達要三相；現有載流量唔夠就要由客戶出錢換；NSW 總掣額定 100A 以上有加碼條文；VIC 總掣／入線級別工程屬 prescribed work——要出 COES＋持牌 inspector 驗完先接得電。
